Our Providers

Sarah Gazak, MSW, recently joined our pediatric clinic as a social worker dedicated to supporting the emotional and social well-being of children and their families. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California, where she specialized in Person Centered mental health. Sarah brings experience from a diverse background where she provided counseling, advocacy, and crisis intervention for adults and youth facing grief, trauma, and behavioral challenges.  

Sarah prioritizes the creation of safe, supportive spaces where individuals feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. Whether working one-on-one or within communities, she aims to empower others, honor their stories, and help build pathways toward hope and healing. Her approach emphasizes empathy, cultural sensitivity, and family-centered care, ensuring every child feels supported and held. 

Outside of work Sarah spends her time hanging out with friends, playing pickleball and exploring the mountains with her dog Rue.
